Beginning July 1, 2026 a capital fee of $40 will be added to each water unit billed. This fee will cover the complete cost of the loan taken out to pay for the water main project completed in 2022/23. Regularly billed water usage rates will continue to be used for every day Operation and Maintenance of the treatment facility and distribution system.
Tax Billing
The Village fiscal year runs June 1st to May 31st. The Village taxes are mailed out every year on June 1st.
