The Village sends a bill quarterly for the usage from the previous three months:
January 1st – Oct, Nov, Dec
April 1st – Jan, Feb, Mar
July 1st – Apr, May, Jun
October 1st – Jul, Aug, Sep
Water Sewer Rates 2025
Beginning July 1, 2026 a capital fee of $40 will be added to each water unit billed. This fee will cover the complete cost of the loan taken out to pay for the water main project completed in 2022/23. Regularly billed water usage rates will continue to be used for every day Operation and Maintenance of the treatment facility and distribution system.
